About Me
Seetha Meyyappan
Certified Life Coach
My spiritual journey started with meditation classes in the vibrant heart of India. Those early sessions helped me find peace and feel a sense of divine guidance that stuck with me through life.

In 2002, I moved from India to Canada with my husband and two daughters. The change was overwhelming—filled with fear, uncertainty, and loneliness. But my meditation practice became a source of strength, helping me stay positive and embrace this new chapter with an open heart.
​
Over the past 20 years, I’ve worked in a nursing home, learning from the many amazing souls I’ve met—patients, colleagues, and friends. These experiences, along with my cultural background, have deeply shaped who I am today.

As my spiritual journey continued, I discovered the Law of Attraction and the power of our minds. I realized that I am the creator of my own destiny and can shape my reality through intention and belief.

This awakening sparked a deep passion in me to help others transform their lives, tap into their potential, and create the reality they want. With empathy and plenty of life experience, I’m here to guide anyone looking for healing, empowerment, and transformation.

A package of four 1-hour sessions, providing initial guidance and follow-up to review progress and refine your actions.

A package of six 1-hour sessions, offering continuous support, accountability, and deeper transformation as you apply techniques and move toward your life goals.
